Developers capture deficiencies/issues and create custom lists utilizing filter options such as Unit Number, Issue Description, Issue Title or Issue Number. The Steps are:
By UNIT NUMBER:
1. Login as a Developer of your community
2. Click on Home Pro Admin
3. Click on Issues tab
4. Add Unit number(s) for which you need to view the deficiencies. Note that you can filter by multiple units by adding comma and typing additional unit numbers (i.e 101, 102)
5.Click on Filter and scroll down and go to Search by option
6. If you are looking for an issue with Unit number(s), then uncheck other boxes and click on Apply
By Issue Description
- Follow Step 1, 2 and 3 as mentioned above
- Type the word(s) you would like to search by in the Issue description in the Search box (ex. Crack in Tile)
- Click on Filter and scroll down and go to Search by option
- If you are looking for an issue with a specific word or words in the Issue Description, then uncheck other boxes and click on Apply
By Issue Title
- Follow Step 1, 2 and 3 as mentioned above
- Type Issue Title in the Search box if you need to search with a particular title
- Click on Filter and scroll down and go to the Search by option
- If you are looking for an issue with a specific Issue title, then uncheck other boxes and click on Apply
By Issue Number
- Follow Step 1, 2 and 3 as mentioned above
- Type Issue Number in the Search bar
- Click on Filter and scroll down and go to Search by option
- Uncheck other boxes except Issue Number and click on Apply
