If a PDF Document is not opening after you click on it this is likely caused by pop-up blocker in your browser.  A browser setting change must be made to allow viewing of PDF documents stored in Tribe Home.

Safari (Web)

Open Safari and go to app.tribehome.com

Click “Safari” in the Apple Menu in the top-left corner of your screen. You will need to be in the Safari app to access this menu. 

Then click Preferences. 

Click on the Websites tab at the top of the Preferences window.

From the left side-bar, click on Pop-up Windows.

Finally, select Allow for for app.tribehome.com in dropdown.

Safari (iPad or iPhone)

Go to home screen of iPad or iPhone and click Settings

Click on Safari in menu

For Block Pop-ups turn this setting to off
