How to search for an archived Help Desk Ticket

  1. Log into the associated Tribe Home Community
  2. Click on Help Desk in the left side bar menu
  3. Click on More filters
  4. Click on the drop down beside Active/Archived and select Archived:
  5. Click Apply filters
  6. Enter the unit number or resident name in question into the Search field and click on the blue magnifying glass to initiate the search:
  7. A list of archived tickets will be displayed.
