- Log into the associated Tribe Home Community
- Click on Help Desk in the left side bar menu
- Click on More filters
- Click on the drop down beside Active/Archived and select Archived:
- Click Apply filters
- Enter the unit number or resident name in question into the Search field and click on the blue magnifying glass to initiate the search:
- A list of archived tickets will be displayed.
