How do I reopen a resolved ticket?

If you need to speak to the Community Management team about a resolved ticket. 

  1. Log into Tribe Home - app.tribehome.com
  2. Click on Help Desk in the left side bar

 

 

3. Review the Help Desk section to identify the resolved ticket you wish to reopen.

4. Click on it

You can simply add a comment, and the Tribe Team will be notified that there is a comment and/or picture added to the ticket, and it will be flagged for their review.

The ticket status will change to In Progress (Internal/External) and there will be an additional label that shows that the ticket was reopened.

Your Help Desk section will also show this same information.
