If a resident is unable to cancel their own booking or you wish to cancel the booking yourself, you can do this by logging into Tribe Home to open the booking in question in the Help Desk section.
1. Add a comment at the bottom of the booking to indicate why the booking is being cancelled.
2. Click on the status to change the booking from Approved to Denied.
The requestor will receive an email notification the booking was denied and the ticket in Help Desk will be updated accordingly.
