If you need to cancel an approved amenity booking, please do the following:
- Please log into Tribe Home.
- Click on Help Desk to locate the associated ticket for the amenity booking.
- Click on the Approved status which will display the drop down menu to show you the Cancelled option.
- Click on Denied
The system will update the help desk ticket with the new status of denied and the Resident will be notified via email that you have denied the booking:
The date/time previously reserved will be released and available to another resident who wishes to book the amenity for that date/time.
