These statuses will help the Community Managers, CSS, or any other ticket assignee to properly categorize the status of the work they’re working on.
It will also help keep the residents better informed on what’s going on with their requests.
You will have 4 statuses to choose from for the Concierge tickets:

Requested - The default status when a resident has sent in a ticket.

In Progress Internal - Used when waiting for an internal response within Tribe.

In Progress External - Used when waiting for a response from the resident.

Resolved - When ticket is resolved.
