Help Desk New Statuses



These statuses will help the Community Managers, CSS, or any other ticket assignee to properly categorize the status of the work they’re working on.

It will also help keep the residents better informed on what’s going on with their requests.


You will 4 statuses to choose from for the Concierge tickets:

    • Requested

    • In Progress Internal

    • In Progress External

    • Resolved
