To activate it the Community Administrator must ensure bookable amenities are set up in a group (this feature is not available for single amenities not in a group). To do this:
- Log into Community
- Click on Amenities
- Click Configure
- Click New Group
- Enter Name of New Group and drag and drop associated amenities into the New Group
- Click the down arrow
- Click Settings
- Click Allow automatic approval
If this setting is not visible, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The amenity ticket or request will automatically go to the archive once it has been approved or denied. You can find all the archived tickets in the "archive" section or by applying the filters.
Requested Status- Whenever an owner submits a request
The below screenshots display the options to the Property Manager:
Denied Status- If the Property Manager denies the request, the box will turn Red
Approved Status- If the request is approved, then it will turn green
