A way to limit Issue visibility is by configuring what statuses a Tradesperson can and can’t see Issues in

Note if the Tradesperson has visibility of an Issue but the Issue is in a status that they cannot see Issues in, they will not have visibility of the Issue

To configure issue status visibility, go to the ‘Manage Setting' section above the Issue List and select 'Trades’

You will see the screen in the screenshot below. Note it will display the statuses that you have set up in your Community, statuses can be different in different Communities

In the example in the screenshot, Tradespeople can see Issues in all statuses except ‘Not Warrantable’

And they can move Issues to all statuses except ‘Not Warrantable’ and 'Complete’
