Issue Status Visibility Configuration

  • A way to limit Issue visibility is by configuring what statuses a Tradesperson can and can’t see Issues in

  • Note if the Tradesperson has visibility of an Issue but the Issue is in a status that they cannot see Issues in, they will not have visibility of the Issue

  • To configure issue status visibility, go to the ‘Manage Setting' section above the Issue List and select 'Trades’

  • You will see the screen in the screenshot below. Note it will display the statuses that you have set up in your Community, statuses can be different in different Communities

  • In the example in the screenshot, Tradespeople can see Issues in all statuses except ‘Not Warrantable’

  • And they can move Issues to all statuses except ‘Not Warrantable’ and 'Complete’
