Developers can use Issue Tags to configure what Issues Tradespeople can and can’t see.

For example, if the Tradesperson has the Allans tag 1 Tag added to their profile, and an Issue is tagged with Allans tag 1, the Tradesperson will see that Issue

To assign tags to a Tradesperson, find them in the People & Units section and click “EDIT” next to the Administrative information section

Note a Tradesperson can also be granted Issue visibly by assigning them to the Issue or adding them to the message thread (using the manage thread functionality)
